During a treatment, the client will experience several gentle fills and releases of water which eliminates the debris of putrefied and impacted faecal matter, excessive mucus, gases and in some instances, one or more forms of parasites.

What Should I Do Before My Appointment?
We recommend you follow a few simple steps prior to your session
• Don’t eat for 2 hours before your appointment
• Keep hydrated - increase your water intake in the days leading up to your appointment.
•Abstaining from wheat and dairy for a few days prior can also be beneficial, but is not essential.
• Avoid caffeine, processed foods, alcohol, sugar, bread and fruit juice. Raw vegetable juice is preferable to fruit juice.
• Eat lots of fresh vegetables, a little fruit and white meat
• Avoid red meat for 24 hours before the session
What Will I Need To Do After The Session?
The following simple steps are recommended:.
• Drink plenty of water to keep flushing out toxins.
• Avoid gas-forming foods for 2 days..
• Avoid heavy meat consumption (beef and pork) for 8-12 hours. Chicken and fish are a better choice. .
• Avoid mucous-forming food such as dairy products.
• Avoid strenuous exercise on the day of the session..
For some people, bowel movements may not return for 2 or 3 days. This will indicate how long it takes for your food to pass through you (transit time). .
Transit time is ideally 24 hours.
