If you answer YES to any of the following please click the Manual Enquiry link below (white button) and a therapist will contact you to discuss further prior to confirming your booking.
• Have you had any recent abdominal/pelvic/rectal surgery in the previous 12 weeks?
• Are you, or could you be, pregnant?
• Are you on any steroids (over 6 months)?
• Are you on regular blood thinners (e.g. warfarin, aspirin)?
• Are you on fluid restrictions?
• Do you have an abdominal hernia?
• Have you been diagnosed/suffer from: Crohn’s disease: ulcerative colitis: diverticulitis: fissures: fistulas: haemorrhoids?

If you answered NO to all of the above and have NO contraindications you can proceed by clicking the button below.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
New Client Bookings
- New clients are required to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit to secure their booking.
- This includes any contraindications to services offered (eg Haemorrhoids / Pregnant / Steroid medications etc)

All Bookings
• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments without a cancellation fee being applied.
Cancellation fees
• Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule – $75
• Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule (including “no-shows”) will be charged the full rate of $150 as we will have had no opportunity to fill your appointment.
• Packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
