Booking & Cancellation Policy
• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.
New Client Bookings
New clients require a $170 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking, which will be used for your first session.
All Bookings
• We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.
• Any client not attending without notice (No-Shows), cancellations or rescheduling on the day, will be charged the full rate of $150 for regular clients & $170 for new clients as we will have had no opportunity to fill your appointment.
• Packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
